TAR College
is proud to introduce 17 students who performed excellently in the
Cambridge A Levels October/November 2006 examination. Leading this
group of achievers are Justin Hor Hung Juan, Ang Yian Yong, Jeya Prashant
Nair Jeya Balu, Koh Chew Ling, Loo Guo Hou, Joanna Tee Chian Ai and
Beverly Teoh Shwen Lei who each scored 4As; and 3As scorers Lucinda
Lau Siaw Fong, Loh Boon Chin, Phan Cuixia, Lee Wei Kit, Lim Yong Hion,
Lim Thye Chuan, Chung Pui Shie, Chin Yi Ning, Teh Lee Jiin and Yao
Hai Qing.
The students were glad they had the guidance of a group of friendly
and professional lecturers and administrators. Chin Yi Ning said:
“The lecturers are dedicated. I appreciate them for spending
their time to guide us in our studies.”
In the midst of their boisterous banter, they also recalled with delight
the time they spent revising at the six-level library, doing assignments
at the Communication & Information Technology Centre, and playing
badminton at the Sports Complex. “It’s good to exercise
a little after long hours of lectures,” said Loo Guo Hou.
“On average, I frequented the Olympic-sized swimming pool
about six times a week.”
Student life at TAR College is certainly enjoyable and fulfilling!
