held from 5 to 7 December at the Royal Thai Navy Convention Hall,

electrical distribution, industrial control and automation. |
| During the event,
the TAR College students had the opportunity to meet and learn from
students from Malaysia’s UNITEN and MMU, as well as other ASEAN
countries including Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia. They were also
treated to a fabulous Cabaret Show at the Dome Palace theatre and
attended a Gala Dinner graced by the Princess of Thailand. |
The TAR College student representatives
commented that they found the trip very rewarding, as they have learnt
a lot from the veterans and professionals of the industry and were
given much exposure on the latest industrial equipments and concepts.
“The conference has helped me to build up my understanding
of the future trend in the industry and better equipped me for my
career upon graduation,” said Teoh Yeam Ming, one of the
student representatives, who had enrolled for the Sheffield Hallam
University Honours degree conversion programme for Bachelor of Engineering
in Electronics System Engineering. |
