7th Collective Agreement between TAR College and TGSU

A 10% salary increment is sealed for all TAR College’s general staff as representatives of the College’s Human Resource Division and TAR College General Staff Union (TGSU) Negotiating Team signed the 7th Collective Agreement on 12 April 2007. The Agreement is valid for three years, taking effect from 1 January 2006 to 31 December 2008.

Besides a salary adjustment, the general staff members of the College also received an increase in the service allowance (between 12% to 14.29%), both backdated to 1 January 2006. Benefits relating to other aspects under the terms and conditions of employment took effect on the day of the signing of the agreement.
