response from participating companies have been very encouraging as the majority of them indicated that they were not only satisfied with the organization of the fair but also the opportunities presented to them in securing quality graduates as employees.
“There is an array of good companies participating in this fair and I have been called for an interview by Cameron, a leading international manufacturer”, said Lew Kok Hon, a recent graduate of the Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. This lad was delighted to find companies offering jobs in relation to his area of interest at the Career Fair.
“Generally, the recruitment drive is made easier as TAR College graduates are market-ready and meet the desired requirements of potential employees,” said a Human Resource representative from Cameron.
The continuing interest of companies in the Tunku Abdul Rahman College Career Fair shows that the College is on the right track in producing graduates of distinction who are meeting the demands of the job market. |
