What is user id? |

Student : your user id is your student registration number. (Numeric numbers only). |

Staff : your user id is your staff ID (Numeric numbers only). |

How do I get my password? |
| |
The Intranet password will be given to you together with your College Email login and password when you first join the College. |

Help! I have forgotten my password |
| |
If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forget your password?” A new password will be assigned and sent to your College Email. |

How to change my password? |
| |
To change your password, click on “Change password” in the left frame after logging into the Intranet. |

How do I get a College Email account? |
| |
All new students and staff (Category A and B) are given a College Email account. The information on the email are sent to the students/ staff through their respective school or department. |

You can contact CIT Centre Internet Laboratory counter for assistance or email to internetenq@mail.tarc.edu.my, giving your name, student registration number or staff ID and a contact number or email address. |

My College Email account is locked. |
| |
Passwords are case sensitive. Make sure that you have entered the correct password. Any locked account will be verified and reactived if it is genuine. |
