What is user id?
 
Student : your user id is your student registration number. (Numeric numbers only).
 
Staff : your user id is your staff ID (Numeric numbers only).

How do I get my password?
 
The Intranet password will be given to you together with your College Email login and password when you first join the College.

Help! I have forgotten my password
 
If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forget your password?” A new password will be assigned and sent to your College Email.

How to change my password?
 
To change your password, click on “Change password” in the left frame after logging into the Intranet.
 
College Email

How do I get a College Email account?
 
All new students and staff (Category A and B) are given a College Email account. The information on the email are sent to the students/ staff through their respective school or department.
 
2.
Help! I have forgotten my College Email login and password.
 
You can contact CIT Centre Internet Laboratory counter for assistance or email to internetenq@mail.tarc.edu.my, giving your name, student registration number or staff ID and a contact number or email address.
 
3.
My College Email account is locked.
 
Passwords are case sensitive. Make sure that you have entered the correct password. Any locked account will be verified and reactived if it is genuine.
